The beds were much more comfortable than I expected. The room was booked for four people but the towels and washcloths were insufficient. The overall experience was very pleasing.

It was clean and comfy we will stay there again, when we visit our grandkids.

We got free breakfast next door for our stay, it was wonderful. We just felt good and safe there

It is conveniently located and it is always clean.

I usually use Holiday Inn Express whenever I can, as they're typically very reliable.

This hotel, however, broke the mold. The staff was great and is the only reason why I didn't give the hotel a 1-rating. The hotel is one of the smaller Express' I've seen, the lobby is tiny.

The room walls are thin, I could hear my neighbor's conversations and when they got up at 5:00 a.m. every morning. My shower would make some odd whistling noise whenever the room next door used their shower. It sounded like a mosquito and I couldn't sleep once they awoke.

Tonight, my last night, the sink was unable to drain. And of course, it happened when it was full.

I was very disappointed, I won't return.

The staff helped us with directions.

The lobby décor was very well appointed. The look and feel had more elegance and sophistication than I would have thought from the outside.

The desk staff is courteous and went out of their way to talk with us and answer our questions. When we had a complaint about the loud people in the pool, they listened to our concerns and dealt with them. We were never ignored, always treated well.
