Loved the location and the pool, hot tub, creek.
The room was small but clean. Not a lot of space in the bath and vanity area for tolietries. Needed a handtowel hook and small shelf at the vanity. Not an efficent use of space. TV/wardrobe needs to

The room was comfortable and clean. Great beds, room did not smell bad like most near the water. Bathroom was a little small, but had great towels and wash cloths. The balcony on the back overlooking the river was real nice. Close to the main attr

Okay
The location is great, close to everything within walking distance. Our room was outdated, the only modern thing in the room is the flat screen tv. The air conditioner barely worked, the non smoking room smelled like smoke. The back view did...
Room was overpriced for how small it was. Found hair in the bathtub, old coffee in the coffeemaker, door knob was broken in bathroom and six year old became trapped inside. Nice location though, stream in back of room was nice. No breakfast....

Okay
I expected an attractive room with a whirlpool bath and a fireplace. The whirlpool was public and actually in the pool area! The fireplace was in the lobby-I think, since I never actually saw it! There were some old chairs on a patio/porch...

Excellent
The room balcony was directly on the waterside which was very nice. The best feature of all, however, was the bed. It was absolutely wonderful. In fact, we are looking to see if we can purchase that exact brand on model. The location was very...
We only spent one night but it was a wonderfully pleasant winter stay. We stayed in one of the king suites. The carpet, furniture and pillow-top king matress were all new. The sink, toilet and tub were "retro" but in perfect working order. ...

The location is excellent in Gatlinburg and we had a newly remodeled room that we were the first to stay in and it was very comfortable and the service was great. It is a great place to stay.
The security at the motel was good and everything was well lit around the rooms.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Twin Islands.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
