The only thing that I could say is that the card in the room said if you forgot anything, we will bring it to you, toothbrushes, etc. I had to go to the desk to get it.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Turquoise Inn & Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

When we got to our room, the toilet didnt flush, the manager told us he didnt have a valve to fix it, but it took 10 minutes to fill up the tank after each flush. We were five in the room, thats one hour between the first and last one. He said he didnt have any room to accommodate us with a working toilet. In addition, we didnt have a curtain for the shower! By 10:30 pm we still couldnt take a shower. This is the third time I get a terrible service at a Best Western. Never again!
