The only thing that I could say is that the card in the room said if you forgot anything, we will bring it to you, toothbrushes, etc. I had to go to the desk to get it.

When we got to our room, the toilet didn’t flush, the manager told us he didn’t have a valve to fix it, but it took 10 minutes to fill up the tank after each flush. We were five in the room, that’s one hour between the first and last one. He said he didn’t have any room to accommodate us with a working toilet. In addition, we didn’t have a curtain for the shower! By 10:30 pm we still couldn’t take a shower. This is the third time I get a terrible service at a Best Western. Never again!
