The only thing that I could say is that the card in the room said if you forgot anything, we will bring it to you, toothbrushes, etc. I had to go to the desk to get it.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Turquoise Inn and Suites.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This is a very nice hotel in Cortez. It has a good location and it is good value for your money.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Turquoise Inn and Suites.

The bed was so comfortable. The sheets were really soft, and the pool was really nice.

This hotel made me feel content: I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Turquoise Inn and Suites.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was an average hotel. Nothing fancy about it but it served its purpose.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Turquoise Inn and Suites.

44 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

When we got to our room, the toilet didn’t flush, the manager told us he didn’t have a valve to fix it, but it took 10 minutes to fill up the tank after each flush. We were five in the room, that’s one hour between the first and last one. He said he didn’t have any room to accommodate us with a working toilet. In addition, we didn’t have a curtain for the shower! By 10:30 pm we still couldn’t take a shower. This is the third time I get a terrible service at a Best Western. Never again!

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Turquoise Inn and Suites.
I would not recommend it to friends.
