Best Western Tumwater Inn Motel

The hotel was comfortable and affordable.

The service was excellent and the personnel treated all the guests with consideration and respect.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They treated each guest as an individual. They went out of their way to accommodate requests.

The service was good, the room was clean, the price was right, and the location was close to everywhere we needed to go.

There were two things that bothered me. First, it had thin walls and noisy neighbors. Second, and this is something I've found to be consistent at most hotels, the mattresses are hard as a concrete slab. It's very difficult to sleep on at all!

It needs an elevator and better room lighting, otherwise, it is very nice.
