52 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I spent one night at Tulalip inn for a convention dinner and drinks. When I checked in, to my surprise, I was told that I had reserved the night before also. I told the desk clerk that I only reserved one night, and nothing more was said. When I checked out, it showed both nights on my bill, but the total was only for one night. I assumed they had taken care of their mistake. I thought nothing more of it until I recieved my credit card bill, they had double billed it at that amount. Tricky! No amount of talking to the manager would sway her. She was dishonest and condescending, not even returning our calls until contacted by corporate. As far as the food and room, they would be disappointing at half the price, and the rock lobby smelled like old tennis shoes.
