The hotel's location is fine. But they locked the back door too soon. And there was not enough choice on the continental breakfast.

The hotel was clean and what we needed to spend a night on the road. They did seem to charge what they could get. The first time I called I was quoted one price and I said that was more than I wanted to spend and would call later. The next time they gave me a lower price and when we checked in it was still a third and lower price.

The hotel has very nice people, I will stay there again. It's a great Best Western.
This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff was happy to have us as guests. We had a pet with us and she was treated great also.

They were way overpriced. We could have stayed 3 miles back for $59. We stopped there but thought $59 was high. By now it was getting too late. We usually stay at Best Western Trinidad Inn when we travel through Colorado and have never paid more than $49 a night. What a rip off.
