The room was very comfortable...ie the beds - we were in the area to visit St Mary's spine center and the bed was very important...and the staff friendly and parking was 20 per night...we will go back!

The hotel was convenient for entertainment events and in a nice neighborhood. It offered average comfort and good views. It had a good internet area.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Tomo.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional. My friends and I enjoyed our stay tremendously.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Tomo.

The staff was amazingly helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay again. The hotel is centrally located in Japan Town, close to great stores and restaurants.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Tomo.

Other than both elevators were periodically inoperable (one did not work the entire time, the other trapped 2 other guests for 1.5 hours), there was nothing abnormal about my stay.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Tomo.
I might recommend it to friends.
