Okay
On a recent day trip to RI we decided to stay overnight, most hotels were booked then we found Mainstay. It was very clean, always important, staff was very nice and the prices...
We stayed Saturday and Sunday night.

Horrible
We stayed Saturday and Sunday night. Both nights we were disturbed by our neighbors until 3 and 4 am. Management tried to help - even gave us another room (at 11 pm on Sunday night). Walls toooooo thin. Rooms old.

We stayed at this hotel for Navy ship's reunion. We were offered a special price because of this...and extra days at the same price, too. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant since our meals were organized...

I was allowed to check in early. front desk had plenty of info about the area. This is one of the better chain hotels I have stayed at. I would stay there...
Visit date: September 2006...Well, let me just say that they will never get my money again...the room I had was a basement room with a broken window...the security door leading to that floor did not close...the faucets in the shower were mismarked...
