Best Western Tempe Hotel

It was a good stay. I slept well and I got up early for work.

Location is good, amenities are okay but the service is really bad. I stayed here from 2nd to 3rd May 2007. Prior to my check out, I need to courier a sales contract to my principal in New York and was pleased to know that the hotel have a courier service that does that. After the necessary, I left the documents / arrangement with the hotel and flew home [Singapore]. The sales contract did not reached my principal in NY, it was send back to my office in Singapore and had @US$78.00 deducted from my credit card. I have written to their Customer Service but till date no one has responded. I choose this hotel because of price but see what it "cost" me.

This is a very solid hotel. But they have terrible high speed internet connection.

The room was fine, but the desk clerk messed up our credit card balance and had no idea how to fix it. We ended up with two charges for the same stay for a week on our credit card tying up our available credit. Also, it has been taken over by Best Western, but no one bothered to notify us. We like Holiday Inn Express, and don't like Best Western.

The hotel was fine. I just needed a comfortable bed for one night.
