My family and I recenlty stayed at the Best western in Tamp owned by the Dillip Patel. We stayed for 3 night between May 9th to May 12th. Everything seemd fine until I noticed almost 1000.00 had been charged to three different credit cards, one that I booked the reservation for was charged $406.00, one I paid with when we departed was charged 406.00 and even my mother in law card was charged 135.38 and the only time she used her card was when ording from the resturant. She had nothing to do with reserving the room. Stangely enough her card and my second card were charged on the 17th and mine on the 19th almost a week after we checked out and reported the first screw up. Good luck trying to get a hold of a manager when you find a mistake. After several faied attempts to try to correct the situation I called the Customer Relations number and guess wht, they have not been able to reach the manager yet and it is not the 22nd of may. One run around after the next is what you can expect when staying at this hotel. I asked that customer Relations person to find out why they charged so much accross 3 different cards and I still have not got an answer to this question. So if you want to get ripped off and get the run around when finding out how to fix the problem this is the hotel for you.
