Less expensive, more for your money. Nice rooms, sheltered parking, quiet when we've been there. If the Dome has a concert or other event, rooms may be scarce & parking may be hard to find if you leave.

This hotel is nicer than your ususal, run of the mill place, but it has the potential to be really noisy. There is a rail line that runs very close by and the train's whistle can be heard all night. When I first got here, there was a "whoosh" noise coming from the bathroom vent that sounded like running water and never stopped. Needless to say, my first night was hell. BUT..the manager gladly switched my room to a more private room and while you can'd do much about the train, it was much better. The rooms are clean and well equipped with a microwave, refigerator, hair dryer and iron, as well as a desk and living room area with a coffee table and couch. The best part is the free breakfast in the morning: do-it-yourself Belgain waffles, fresh squeezed orange juice, biscuits with gravy- you name it! Plus, a free internet service is a bonus. I would stay here again due to the good front desk service with switching of my room.
