Okay

55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was not fond of the pastries and the fruit that was available in the morning. I understand they are going to be getting a breakfast room; that would be nice. I liked how helpful the front desk staff was. He went out of his way to help me. I like the individual art on the walls and the pleasant outside sitting places.
The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Sutter House.
I might recommend it to friends.
54 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I was pleasantly surprised by the roominess, the cleanliness and the furnishings. The hotel is located in an older part of the city, near downtown Sacramento and the location of the conference I attended, so my expectations were not high. It was great value for the price.
The gentleman at the front desk was very attentive and friendly, more so than most people working late night hours. I checked in after nine o'clock in the evening.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Sutter House.
I might recommend it to friends.
