Welcome to the Best Western Sunland Park Inn where the El Paso beauty surrounds us. We are located just off of Interstate 10 on the west side of El Paso. We are just across the street from the Sunland Park Race Track and Casino. Information regarding the Race Track and Casino is available at check in. The Best Western Sunland Park is a location to many tourist attractions. Why, because Mexico the state is located about a few miles from the hotel. It's good for shopping, museums, good food and parks that are also convenient to the hotel. We look forward to serving you during your stay with us!

Nothing.No soap or shampoo. They checked me out.“The desk staff is inexperienced. They failed to properly put shampoo and soap in the room. They have no conditioner for the shampoo. Other than that, it was great...

We arrived around 7pm and the hotels in the area were booked. The front desk told us what he had avaliblein a take it or leave it manner. Foul smell with lots of bugs, Hotel next to a huge drainage ditch. No parking around hotel. Says free high...
44 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This is a dive! There were roaches all over, and the pool that was supposedly heated, was freezing. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. They sit at the desk and let the phone ring without answering it. I will not only never stay there again, but it has tainted my opinion of Best Western Hotels.
We were asked to vacate room by checkout time, even though we had asked for a late check out. Housekeeping knocked on room door 4 times to get us to leave, the management stood outside door while we finished showering and demanded we leave...
