The staff was very friendly. The hotel was not up to expectations, the side entrances were filthy, there were boxes piled up in the halls, one bathroom near the lobby was plugged up, the other one had no toilet paper or soap. The TV in the room would fade out. The towel rack in bathroom would fall off the wall. The rooms and hallway were very musty smelling. The only good things were the beds and the staff.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Suites Panama City.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Check-in clerk was extremely friendly and efficient.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Suites Panama City.
