I go to Nashville 3 or 4 times a year. Ever since I discovered this Best Western I don't even bother looking elsewhere. Very friendly front desk staff. The only thing that needs improvement is their breakfast but that is the same with all Best Westerns....not just this particular hotel. I can overlook the breakfast. That's not an important factor for me.

For the price, the room was great. The front desk helped getting good, inexpensive transportation to the Grand Ole Opry. The room was clean, neat and bigger than anticipated. I didn't use the pool and there's no restaurant in the hotel. The continental breakfast was not great, but no big deal. The location is excellent if you plan on visiting Opry Mills Mall or the Grand Ole Opry. The hotel has an arrangement with a company to provide round trip transportation from the lobby to the Opry for $5 per person. Well worth it! I would definitely stay there again

The staff was very helpful and friendly. Motel was very clean. Nice pool. The computer in the lobby was a very nice asset to be able to use map-quest to get directions for driving to different locations. The hotel was close to Opry Mills, Grand Ol

The location was very convenient to the Opry Mills Mall. The amenities were limited. There was no coffee available in the lobby and there was a very expensive charge to use the lobby computer.

It was very comfortable, quiet, and close to the area we were interested in.

The desk staff was very unhelpful when we mistakenly made two reservations for the same day. Despite being before the 4:00 cancellation deadline, they refused to cancel the reservation for a room they knew would be empty. The desk clerk was curt and more than happy to tell us the other room would be charged as a no show despite the fact that we were present and staying in one room already. Otherwise, the room was fine, the breakfast only ok and the weight room a bust.
