50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The staff was very friendly. The hotel was not up to expectations, the side entrances were filthy, there were boxes piled up in the halls, one bathroom near the lobby was plugged up, the other one had no toilet paper or soap. The TV in the room would fade out. The towel rack in bathroom would fall off the wall. The rooms and hallway were very musty smelling. The only good things were the beds and the staff.
