I was content with the good prices and the clean rooms.

The daytime staff was very helpful. The late night front desk person was a little surly as if I were disturbing her. The cleaning staff was super nice.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The quality and the friendliness of the staff made me feel extravagant. The service was much nicer than I would have expected for the price and the high turnover of that hotel.

My stay was good overall. The hotel could use updating.

This was a wonderful hotel to stay. My daughter who was eleven year old and I enjoyed everything about it. The staff was great all along. My room was very clean and quiet. The morning complimentary breakfast was good too. It was located very close to the Disneyland Resort, so we just walked the little way and it took about fifteen minutes or so to do it. We had a most pleasant stay there.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staffs made us feel welcome by allowing us to get into our room before noon. This way we were able to secure out luggage and then go to Disneyland. It allowed us to have more time at the park to be able to take advantage of our three-day hopper park pass.

Our room had no hot water. We should have been asked if we wanted to move, or they should have given us a better discount. I was very disappointed.

Check in was very slow. Some lights did not work in the room. A better selection for the continental breakfast would be nice, for the price paid.

This hotel is in a great location - walking distance to Disneyland. There were many affordable eating alternatives nearby. Accommodations were very nice, and they provided a wonderful breakfast.

I feel that Best Western is the best place to stay.

This hotel made me feel inspired: It was just a great place to stay and would stay there again if go to Disneyland again.

I will most probably stay at another Best Western in the future, as excluding this particular visit, have always received the best of service when staying.
