Best Western Stovall's Inn Hotel

On big block to D-land and A-Convention Center. Good sit-down continental b'fast with juice/tea/coffee, toast, muffins and donuts and fresh fruit that they kept stocking. The 2 queen beds were larger than the typical full sized & had brand new mattresses. Pillows could've been fluffier and more of them and heat blew cold so could've used a blanket. Toilet is the super flush kind and bathroom had a heat lamp. Next to CoCos and other econo coffeehouse fare. Nice plants and palms growing and a pretty decent looking lobby. Definitely would stay here again. Lots of parents from our cheer gym/team felt the same way. EZ walk to convention center and the fridge/micro/coffee pot set-up makes having snacks possible.

The daytime staff was very helpful. The late night front desk person was a little surly as if I were disturbing her. The cleaning staff was super nice.

It had a great location to Disneyland, my daughter and I were able to walk there. It had wonderful accommodations. Their office staff were very polite and helpful. They allowed for our luggage to be kept in the office area, due to our early arrival. This allowed us to go to Disneyland right away and spend the entire day there and then went back to the hotel and got our luggage and then to our room. The complimentary breakfast was great and we looked forward to it each morning. We stayed for three days and on the day prior to the last, the lady at the gift shop was able to make arrangements for the airport shuttle to meet us on the afternoon of our final day at the hotel. We were able to spend more than half the day at Disneyland and then return to the hotel where the shuttle was waiting for us. I could find nothing wrong with this hotel. This was the second time I had stayed and I was impressed the first time. It has not changed a bit and I look forward to booking a room there again in the future.
