Excellent
I booked this hotel direct and got the best rate. I am a senior and breakfast was included. It was late and snowing when I arrived and I ate at the hotels restaurant it was excellent. The staff at both the hotel and restaurant are very accommodating....
40 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This place was recommended to us by a friend. We were sold when he told us about the Complimentary FULL sit down breakfast. We found the room to be clean, spacious and with new decor and grainte countertops. We also liked having the refrigerator in the room. The 5 star bed was defintely nice! Pool was nicely heated for a night swim. The hot tub was hot and relaxing. Prices are comparable to local motels that are not as updated as this one. All the staff that we encountered were very nice and helpful! Needless to say we enjoyed our stay. We love coming to Tahoe at any time of the year. We are defintely going to make this our new place to stay when we come to Tahoe!!!

Very Friendly staff, the resturant for breakfast that is included in your room price. Having Beach access, close to the casino's and shopping, shuttle busses to come and pick you up. Clean beautiful rooms.

An electric outlet needed to be replaced, the bed was on platform and it was easy to fall when getting up in the middle of the night. I slept with the TV on and the sound off for light in the room so we would not fall.
