The hotel has a great location and great service to and from the airport. The staff was ok. They did not stock enough breakfast foods for the continental breakfast included or restock.

For the most part everything was ok. The day we arrived there was a room service tray in the hall waiting to be picked up in the late afternoon and we were surprised to see that it was still there when we left for supper. Or at least, I hope the Four Points' new mission of fewer frills more core comfort catches on, and becomes cool. Basically, it was as hip as driving an economy car with a luxury interior.

Excellent
I am now hooked on Sheraton Hotels because of the very comfortable pillow top mattress. The beds look inviting when you walk in the room because of the fluffy comforter and lots of pillows on the bed. The continental breakfast is the only negative ...
