Horrible

Air conditioner did not work. Reported it to the front desk, but rude lady stated that this was impossible as it had just been replaced. She did not check for herself or send anyone. E-mailed customer service with no reply. Best Western has seen my ...

Good

As we are Japanese,we were looking forward to be in the spring. It was nice and worked very well,but it was too cold for us. However,the stuffs were nice,the hotel was easy to find,they had a bar and the restaurant was nice.

We really enjoyed...
