Mediocre
We paid $225 for 2 nights. This hotel is clearly not worth more than $50 per night. The rooms are extremely small. The bathroom is so small that you can't close the door unless you almost step into the shower. Only 2 of the 6 electrical outlets...
This is a great location within walking distance of all attractions downtown. The hotel is older but has been remodeled and was very nice. It had been about 10 years since we had been there, but we were pleasantly surprised to find everything...

What I loved most about this Hotel was the location. Ripleys Believe It Or Not was right accoss the street the Trolley Tour Ticket Booth was also right across the street. If you want a great place to eat seafood Barnacle Bills is right next door....
This hotel has no elevator (we were given a room on the second floor). When we looked inside the room, it was filthy.. The beds had not yet been made and the mattresses were filthy. A chair was in the room and it had so many stains that you could...
We loved the location of the Motel. We never had to drive our car anywhere. Everything we needed was in walking distance. The staff was most helpful and friendly. We will come back again....

The parking at this motel was horrible ! The bathroom was almost too small to fit into. The rooms were like motel rooms of the 70's - very small and outdated. The only positive thing about this motel is its' location - in the heart of the Spanish Quarter. We had made reservations for two nights, but left after only one. I would definitely not recommend this establishment.

Neither my boyfriend or I got much sleep due to the air conditioner leaking all over the carpet and making a lot of noice. After investigating closer, the air conditioner had tons of mold in it, which would explain why my boyfriend's allergies were bothering him so much. Finally at 3 or 4 in the morning we went and complained and the unapologetic front desk cashier moved us to another room. On top of everything, the room was very over priced.
