My stay at the Best Western was a real treat. I was given a weekend getaway from my friends and I enjoyed it very much. The room was very clean, the staff polite and helpful. The pool is beautiful and also very clean. The stay was a very good value ...

I been staying this hotel since 1991, this hotel have new management since last year....Hotel is totaly change after they took over, They change bed, bedding, carpet, wall paer and bathroom is totaly new..nice indoor pool with courtyard...gret...

Okay
The rooms are adequate. I found the lobby to have a strong odor and to be very outdated. Rooms could use some TLC. The facility appears to be understaffed (line at the registration area). Food in the restaurant is average.
26 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
When I made the reservation, I let them know I would not be checking in until four or five o'clock in the morning due to work and a long drive from New York. The woman on the phone said that since I used a credit card, there would not be a problem and the room would be held for me. When I got there at five o'clock, the man at the desk seemed annoyed and told me they had me down as a no show. I explained that on the phone they said they would hold the room for me, but he did not care and he was very rude. Also, I bought a soda from the vending machine and it tasted funny. I happened to check the bottle and it was dated two years ago.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Sovereign Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.
