We couldn't have been happier! We'd just had the worst experience of our lives at a hotel one exit up, and were NOT in great moods, when we pulled into Best Western Southlake. They managed to find rooms for us, even though they were swamped with people there for the same event as us (Dukesfest 2008). The staff was very friendly, the rooms were awesome, pool was clean and beautiful, and the breakfast was great for a continental. We loved our stay, and can't say enough nice things about Nicole and her staff. Oh! And it was only $10 more per night than the garbage can hotel we left!!
