They have an excellent shuttle service that will take you anywhere you want to go in Rochester, and it takes you at any time. The pleasant staff treats you as if you were at home.

They had a good van service, but very bad desk service. They repeatedly 'lost' our reservations, and when a bird flew into the room, they declined to bother to send anyone to deal with it!
This was such a wonderful experience!

My mother was a patient at the Mayo Clinic and we received a "Mayo Discount." Not only was the discount nice but so were the staff. Everyone was friendly and willing to help at every turn.

They provide a shuttle that will take you anywhere in Rochester you want to go. Other hotels provided only to the Mayo Clinic. But you could ask at the front desk and then call and they would come and get you for no extra charge.
I felt respected because they listened to me and any concerns had about the stay and answered without sounding condescending, like everyone asks that same question and I'm getting tired of hearing it.
