41 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The room had a very musty smell and the toilet was backed up and it would not flush. We called the front desk and they immediately switched us to another room that was much better!
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Best Western Sheridan Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

Breakfast we received.AC not cooling, beds had soft mattress. Very disappointed. Given a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. Given another room that the AC did not work well in. It never felt cool all night long. Hot tub across street 2...

Okay
The bathroom/vanity area was a bit shabby but overall the stay was pleasant. The hotel is convenient to the business section of town as well as dining. BW reservations office messed up our details but the desk staff fixed us up well.
