It is a great location, convenient to all the attractions. The contracted price was not honored and they were not willing to work out or research the situation. The room was very small. There were too few available electrical outlets. The hot tub was broken. They had a very nice evening security officer.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Seven Seas.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The restaurant and the hotel were great. We missed the hotel when we first came in because it was located at the corner and the sign was not very visible so that was something to watch out for.

This hotel made me feel excited: We were excited because we were going to Seaworld and the Zoo. It was a surprise for the kids, so the whole trip was exciting for us.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Seven Seas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The location was convenient, right off the expressway. The rooms were just okay, as expected. The pool area was nice. The hotel restaurant was slow to take orders and deliver food. The front desk staff and maid staff were friendly and awesome!

This hotel made me feel welcome: We booked a side trip and the front desk staff remembered us from checking in a day earlier and asked how room was. At check out I left an item in room, called from the airport, and the maid and front desk personnel had the item tracked down and mailed to me right away.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Seven Seas.
I might recommend it to friends.

It is a nice hotel. The staff was very friendly and professional. It was exactly what I have always received from the Best Western hotels over the years. The staff at this location runs a five star, first class hotel.

This hotel made me feel welcome: They made me feel like a member of the family.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Seven Seas.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The business people mostly use this hotel. So the pool area was packed with business people. The hotel rate was out of line with what other hotels in the area were giving out from what we discovered when we went walking around hotel circle asking other hotels. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and had always enjoyed it. But we were considering staying at other hotels that cater to tourists.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Seven Seas.

The overall quality of my room was good. One wall socket did not work at all so there was no light that worked at the head of the bed. The Internet connection box did not work until it was moved across the room, which then required moving the phone and leaving the phone line and the Ethernet cable lay across the room floor. I was pleased with the quality of the food and service at the restaurant.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Seven Seas.

The motel is located in the south hotel circle and is easy to get to by cab. Staff was helpful and courteous and the restaurant was fine for breakfast. The rooms are small, the mattresses soft and older, and the bathroom was clean. This is not what I think of as a holiday motel but there were families with children staying there. Ordinarily I would consider this a one night stopover but I did have to spend five nights there. Parking is free and access to the freeways and highways is easy. It’s not a bad place but it is not inviting. If all you need is a room to sleep in then fine. Each room has an internet connection and you can get a cable at the reception desk. In the lobby a computer with internet connection and printer is available for free use and I was able to print out my boarding pass. It’s adequate.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Seven Seas.

The intentions of the clerks were good, but they did not give me the type of room I requested. The room I got was poor for my needs, and they refused to make modifications for me. I watched other dissatisfied customers interact equally as poorly with the hotel staff, as I did. I recommend that guests make reservations and check back frequently to be assured that they aren't moved by mistake.
