We booked two rooms, and one room had a bed that was soaked in urine. They offered to turn the mattress, I asked for a new room. After offering me a smoking room which I couldn't use due to asthma, and a room with one bed for everyone to sleep in, the manager finally put us in another room. The next morning when I asked the manager on duty, for a discount of 1/2 for our trouble, he told me that he didn't believe the bed was wet. We took digital photos of the disgusting mess. He felt that because they reduced the rate by $20 that should make us happy. We had to leave our dinner to come back to the hotel because no one was calling us back to let us know how the situation was being resolved and then move everything from one room to the other. The room that we were given was backed up to the nightclub, so needless to say it wasn't a quiet stay.
Other than being disgusted with our clothes having urine in them that wasn't ours, from sitting on the bed, I was very insulted, he basically called me a liar. I will never recommend BW to anyone else nor will I ever stay with them. Some good it does to be one of their "priority" members. The young people at the front desk were very nice and apologetic, but the manager was a real jerk.
