They did not follow instructions given at reservation and had me lugging my luggage up the stairs with a bad back and wearing a back brace.

The hotel was a great value for the money, plus all the extras that were included with the stay, cost nothing extra. It allowed us to spend an extra night in the New Hampshire area and enjoy some other spots.
This hotel made me feel entertained: There were scheduled activities for the children to participate in as well as some for the adults, such as a petting zoo, 3 pools, snack bar, boat rides, train rides,and others continental breakfast. It was a vacation in itself staying there.
