It is in a good location, near the highways and only four miles from Hampton Beach. It is easy to get to and the daily breakfast is great, with bagels, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, fruit. It also has a small petting zoo for the kids. They offer good service for the money and a special four day package.

It is a good value for all the activities they have, they have a good continental breakfast, but the employees could be a little friendlier.

It was a fine hotel that was chosen primarily for its location. The rooms were clean. Because the visit was in the middle of September, the pool was closed, but it had various slides and rides for kids that looked like a lot of fun.

We did not like the sliding bathroom door that they had, you could see in at the end of where it closed. It was not a regular door that closes. The beds were terribly uncomfortable, we didn't sleep but a few hours. We tossed and turned all night. We also felt very rushed to get out in the morning. We had until 11:00 o'clock but the cleaning girls were standing around the corner and just glared at us when we left. We got no friendliness from them at all.

Staff polite and helpful. This motel is not for adults looking for a quiet night. It caters to families with kids and truck drivers arriving all through the night. Guests are inconsiderate and loud. This place reminds us of an extension of public housing. It was so bad we left at 4 AM and continued on our vacation.
