When I arrived, the cleaning people had left for the day and thought that my room was an overnight so they did not clean it. I told the front desk and they said that they might not be able to do anything about it until the next day, but they would make a note and definately clean it tomorrow.
I didn't mind much and said I was going to eat and that I'd be back. When I got back, the owner's wife was cleaning my room with sincerest apologies.
I chatted with her a little and thanked her very much for doing it. Obviously, it probably should've been cleaned in the first place, but having the owner's wife clean it within 1 hour of me telling someone is great service to me.
