I left my watch in our room at this motel Jan 08. When I called about it they did find it. However, it took 3 weeks and 6 phone calls to get them to mail it. When they mailed it COD the manager charged me $40.00 in addition to the postage for mailing it . She required the check be made out to her, not Best Western. When I complained to Best Western Headquarters, they were unable to help me as it was outside their control as it is franchised.

It is recently built and very economically priced. It has a nice room size. It’s very comfortable.

It was a very quiet room. I liked the convenient parking.

I liked the ease of finding it and its location. It’s quiet, there’s no noise from freeway traffic. The front desk clerk was very funny and easy to get to know. It made us want to stay another two days. They have very comfortable beds and pillows. They have very clean rooms and the continental breakfast was almost like a cafe meal.

It's a good value for off-season travel, but the facility is beginning to show its age and room maintenance can be spotty.

My room was a suite and the living room had a sofa and recliner. The bed was a very good bed and not one of those cheap beds. The kitchenette was just right.
