The staff at check out was extremely rude and unhelpful.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Sandman.

76 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

The hotel has a convenient location to the freeway and restaurants. There is a Denny's restaurant across the parking lot and also a very good Italian restaurant across the street. It always has comfortable, well maintained facilities. The price is reasonable. They serve free continental breakfast in the lobby. The hotel does not allow pets.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Sandman.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
