I liked the polite, interesting desk clerks, the good continental breakfast and the easy wireless internet access.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The easy going staff and the relaxing food area made me feel relaxed.

We were held up at check in for over $150 more than agreed to on the phone 2 months earlier. The reservation was for 3 rooms which didn't have the amenities agreed to. No microwaves in 2 of the rooms, smoking allowed right outside your window which was the same as smoking inside! Took 20 minutes to check in because we had 3 rooms? There are beautiful motels in Morro Bay - we've stayed there for vacations for 40 years. Never before or again in this motel. All the others have been happy experiences.

We love the location of this property. The staff has always treated us fantastically. We have been coming back here at least once or twice a year for the last three years.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk staff doesn't talk down to you. They treated us like a member of their family.

We stayed in an excellent room in this hotel. They have great hot tub. We were very happy.
