Excellent
This was such a nice place to stay. They really made me feel welcome. The price of the hotel was good. But the price of the food was WONDERFUL. The room service was a great price as well. I would stay here again if I ever needed to go back.

My wife and I stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight to my son's wedding in Mexico.
Many units were being remodeled. We stayed in a room that had just been completed.
Our first impression of the room was a cockroach floating belly up in the toilet.
We would have moved to one of the many nearby hotels, but it was late and we had the early flight.
Looked for alarm clock so we'd be doubly sure to wake up on time. No alarm clock.
9:00pm... called front desk and asked for alarm clock.
9:25... (still not sleeping) guy (looked like a "street person") knocks on door, and asks "What happened to the new CD player alarm clock that was just put in here today?"
Shocked. Didn't expect that one. Asked bum if he was accusing me of stealing it. "Well, it was put in today, and it's not here now."
Called front desk and told them about their wonderful employee. They apologized, but didn't act like it was any big deal.
I sort of thought it was a big deal. Guess I'm mistaken.
9:50... (still not sleeping) kids all over the stairwell nearby playing and yelling. Called front desk... 25 minutes later we heard a security guy (could have been our friendly "street person" again) yelling at them to knock it off.
10:30... (still not sleeping) the noisy kids are at it again. Called front desk (sure they're loving us by now). This time nobody shows up.
A little before 11:00, the kids finally quieted down, or went somewhere else, and wife and I sleep happily ever after... right through our flight's departure time.

I had nothing but trouble with this hotel from the start. They quote rates then change them, the rooms are ok, but not especially nice or clean. The staff can be rude at best, and I did notice theft of items. When i complained they told me tough luck it was my fault for leaving it there. Also as far as the night life if strip clubs and the homeless are your thing then its great here.

This hotel is very unique with an authentic Southwest design. It looks like it was transplanted from Arizona or New Mexico to Oklahoma. This is now my favorite place to stay in OKC on business. They have a really good breakfast buffet in a "real"...

Okay
We chose the Best Western Saddleback Inn because of the close proximetry to the downtown area and the fact that they allow pets. The price for a king, non-smoking room was $115. We found a hotel room that was very clean and what you expect of a...

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel, it was pretty and clean. The landscaping was nice too, not all blacktop and hedges. We had an outdoor entry to our room right by our car. The price was the same as a lot of the other hotels we had stayed in, but we felt like it was so much nicer. There were a few other hotels to choose from in the area, but we really prefer the Best Western hotel. It is just such a consistently nice hotel to stay in. I know they are good hotels and I tell people all the time when the subject comes up.
Everything was clean. The parking lot was well lit and open. The entry to our room was right at the parking area. There were people around at night and the hotel did not become a ghost town at night. The beds were a nice size, which is important when you have two adults and their child trying to share one bed because the kid would not sleep alone away from home.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Saddleback Inn & Conference Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
