The staff were friendly and helpful. – Posted Jan 07, 2009

Good

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was good, the food at the rest was good and we enjoyed the store. I'd stay here again.

I came and stayed because it was – Posted Mar 14, 2008

Horrible

I came and stayed because it was getting late and snowy. I was given a lower rate to stay than I had to pay. I had also found that I, one single woman, had paid more than an entire family of four. As a single woman I was given a room in the most...

Although we were just passing through – Posted Nov 08, 2007

Good

Although we were just passing through our stay at Ruby's Inn was definitely a good one. When we checked in the price of one night was lower than my internet listed price so that was a nice surprise. We came in late and decided just to get some...

Let's get the good out of the way: it's – Posted Nov 02, 2007

Horrible

Let's get the good out of the way: it's the closest hotel to Bryce Canyon, and about 45 minutes from Zion. If your plans are to spend a lot of time in both parks, location is excellent, and the drive in on Rte. 12 striking. However, what Best...

Don't stay there, I was bitten by bed... – Posted Oct 07, 2007

Horrible
64 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

We chose this hotel for its location but did not realize we would have terrible problems: bedbugs - in addition to the bites, I had fever and elevated blood pressure and had to find a doctor's office; the rest of the trip was spoiled by this incident.

The management of that hotel denied everything and acted in very bad faith, even misrepresenting the truth.

I agree with other reviewers about the attitude of the staff - their manners leave a lot to be desired.

Do not stay in that hotel, you may be bitten by bedbugs too and have to cancel the rest of your vacation. Beware!

Could not understand English – Posted Jun 30, 2007

Mediocre
55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

It was very frustrating that every service employee was from another country. I don't mind at all that they are there, but their english needs to be much better. We had to repeat everything we said over and over. It is a great location to Bryce Canyon but they own everything around so they set their own rates (some much too high).

Don't have dinner here! – Posted Jun 29, 2007

If you are staying in Ruby's Inn, don't go there for dinner.

Very fast food, lousy service, canteen atmosphere. This was the worst (dinner)experience we had in a 4 weeks travel through utah, colorado, arizona and new mexico.

Instead:Go have some dinner in the Lodge (inside bryce canyon):great food, fantastic surrounding and great service!

Okay
55 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The restaurant was a little overpriced but it was not during the season so perhaps the costs would be less then.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Ruby's Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.
