Ruby's Inn has an excellent situation right at the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. Rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant offers a good selection of food. The buffet is excellent value for money. A la carte is also very good, but a little highly priced. Nevertheless an excellent recommendation, and we would certainly stay here again. Paul & Barbara.
I am very likely
to return to the Best Western Ruby's Inn.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

This was a very nice well organized campground. It was in a prime location as it bordered Bryce Canyon. The location of the other Ruby's run stores allowed for other activities unrelated to Bryce Canyon. highly...

Horrible
I came and stayed because it was getting late and snowy. I was given a lower rate to stay than I had to pay. I had also found that I, one single woman, had paid more than an entire family of four. As a single woman I was given a room in the most...

Horrible
Let's get the good out of the way: it's the closest hotel to Bryce Canyon, and about 45 minutes from Zion. If your plans are to spend a lot of time in both parks, location is excellent, and the drive in on Rte. 12 striking. However, what Best...

We chose this hotel for its location but did not realize we would have terrible problems: bedbugs - in addition to the bites, I had fever and elevated blood pressure and had to find a doctor's office; the rest of the trip was spoiled by this incident.
The management of that hotel denied everything and acted in very bad faith, even misrepresenting the truth.
I agree with other reviewers about the attitude of the staff - their manners leave a lot to be desired.
Do not stay in that hotel, you may be bitten by bedbugs too and have to cancel the rest of your vacation. Beware!
