It was disappointing. The accommodations were average, the hot water heater broke down and it took half a day to repair.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Royal Palace Hotel.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was not in a very good area of town and the picture portrayed it as nicer than it was. But it was functional and clean.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Royal Palace Hotel.

Awful

Hard beds, paper thin walls

44 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business

The beds were harder than concrete, and the walls were extremely thin, we got to hear the two gentlemen next door talk until 3 AM and we can tell you details about their conversation. The lady at check-in around 5 pm was extremely unfriendly almost to the point of being rude. She never told us where to find our room and harshly pointed to the general vicinity when she saw that we were looking around.

The TV room was a nice touch and we enjoyed the microwave. We didn't get much sleep and were very tired for our workshop on the following day.

Our lesson: Spend the extra money and get a 4 or 5 star hotel.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Royal Palace Hotel.
I would not recommend it to friends.
