It’s a very nice hotel and better than most Best Westerns. The management was very helpful and the breakfast was really good with lots of variety. The location was wonderful, close to attractions and the interstate.

I am not likely to return to the Best Western Royal Inn Chattanooga.
I would not recommend it to friends.

This hotel was nice, clean, and affordable. The staff was courteous and friendly. We had an excellent stay there.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The check-in clerk was just outstanding. She was truly hospitable and helpful with our questions. They offer true Southern charm.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Royal Inn Chattanooga.
I might recommend it to friends.

It was not as nice as I expected for the price; the room seemed well worn.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Royal Inn Chattanooga.

I enjoyed my stay very much for overnight -- I liked the comfortable beds and good TV.

This hotel made me feel excited: They welcomed me very nicely and gave me a nice room.
