Horrible
The hotel room was very old and needs new decor. A major renovation job needs to be done. My room was infested with ants!!!! The front desk showed little concern for my problem.
51 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
It’s a very nice hotel and better than most Best Westerns. The management was very helpful and the breakfast was really good with lots of variety. The location was wonderful, close to attractions and the interstate.
I am not likely
to return to the Best Western Royal Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.
