It was a clean comfortable room. It had a microwave, a mini refrigerator and a large comfortable bed.

Snacks and coffee were available. They served a very nice breakfast in the morning.

The location was great for my purpose. However, the staff was not friendly or very competent. The front desk informed me that I was lucky to have arrived when I did since they had severely overbooked the hotel. I did not get the same type of room that I had booked. I had booked two double beds since my son was with me, but I was given one queen bed. The room was not very clean or comfortable. The bathroom shower looked like it was being renovated. I had booked a room for two nights. I ended up having to go back to the front desk twice because they did not program my room key card correctly. I will never stay there again.

The location was great for my purposes but would not be very convenient for downtown Rochester commitments. There were lots of amenities, many of which I did not use, but the mini-fridge, microwave, and internet connection were very welcome

I liked the rooms and the beds. They had all the comforts of home.

I stayed in more than one in New York and Pennsylvania! All was fine. But there was one incident involving wet paint!

When problems arose, the manager handled it promptly and without any question.

The sofa in the lobby was very comfortable as were the beds in the rooms.
