The hotel was fine, I only stayed one night and everything was great.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western River Terrace.

This was an excellent hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They answer all my questions and make sure I have everything I need when I stay there and offer tips on the best places to see and eat.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western River Terrace.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Fantastic people, great hotel

After three nights on Mackinac Island, most places will be a let down, so this Best Western had its work cut out for them. It was fantastic! The staff was very friendly and helpful; the room was extremely clean (the spouts in the shower shined like they were brand new, not a spot of dried soap). We had two rooms with screen doors that led to a small terrace with our own chairs for lounging by the river.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western River Terrace.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

I had a good stay. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. They even went out of their way to clean my room around my son's nap schedule.
