The helpfulness, and friendliness of the front desk personnel was first class. The lighting in the room could have been a little brighter, and the heating and cooling system could have been a little easier to operate. I liked the soup offering at dinnertime. The breakfast offerings were a little light in the selection options.

My wife and I both enjoyed the stay there. There were no dislikes about the hotel. The breakfast was very good and it had enough food. The parking was very good and close to the front entrance. All in all, it was very good and I would recommend it to other tourists.

The hotel is very comfortable and a good value.

Very few motels in the USA have facilities for the wheelchair-bound and handicapped people. Burley Utah was the best motel for handicapped people in eight Best Western stops. They are to be commended for their nice hospitality and the handicapped restroom shower area.

This hotel made me feel welcome: Most employees were well informed of the area and facilities. One allowed us to visit the room before signing (handicap room).
