The staff was more than helpful. I would recommend this establishment at any time for everyone, as they really go out of their way for their patrons.
This hotel made me feel welcome: We were really in a bind and the staff was most gracious in getting us into a very comfortable room.

The room was good, the breakfast was very good. The only problem is that the internet was not working and no one at the motel could give me any information on what the problem was. I had a lot of work to do on my computer and would not have stayed there if I had known the internet access wasn't working. In fact when I checked in, I asked about it and the desk clerk said I would have access.

Our experience with Best Western was very good, especially since we had our dog with us. They required a $20 deposit for any damage the dog might cause, and after inspecting the room, they immediately returned our $20. Some motels do not allow dogs, so I was pleased with this one.
This hotel made me feel secure: There were double locks on the doors and locks on the windows.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The beds were really soft and felt like no one else had slept in them before us. Everything had a very 'never been used before' feel to them.

The hotel could be a little more updated in its look. It was a little scary to have a cop outside your hotel all night. However, the room size was great.
