We stay here every year for our family reunion. We have been comming to the same place for over 20 years. We love this place and will never go anywhere else. We will be there again this june. If you ever go to Shrevport, your best bet is to stay...
60 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We travel a lot for work and for leasure and stayed at Bestwesterns befor but this was bad. First of all the Clerk was not very good on his direction on were to park. Then when we get to room the with our luggage the key would not open the door and I had to leave my wife in the very hot hall to wait for me to go to the front desk and get the clerk to re-key the card again. I was very tired after driving 550 miles that day and to go thur the stuff that we experenced was not very pleasent. Black hair was all over the bathroom, I call the front desk and the only thing they did was say I'm sorry. I had to clean the bath my self befor I could take a bath. I did think the price was really to high for the things we went threw and you did not do anything to acomadate me otherwise, and your morning personal was very rude and the breadfast was cold and no good. I will never stay at your Motel again!! Nor will I recomend you to others. I have pictures of the bath bfor I cleaned it if you would like to see....

This hotel is horrible,forget what it says about it all lies!! The smell is enough to make you run,the rooms are run down and smell also. We had reservations for a king suite with deluxe furnishings and got two double beds with horrible smell. ...
45 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
This hotel did not feel safe. There were no security locks on the outside doors. The carpet was horribly stained and I did not even want to put my bare feet on the floor. The customer service for Best Western took my complaint but the lady that took my complaint overtalked over me and was not polite.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
