Best Western Richmond Suites Hotel Lake Charles

Was overcharged and paid as much as staying inside a casino for a room that smelled and had the dirtiest bathtub I've ever seen.

Unimpressive corporate 'customer service' department did not help get my money back.

At the Best Western hotel we always get a good room with expected service at a reasonable price.

The hotel had a great staff, super rooms, a great location and it was always really clean.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I appreciated that there was lot of space in the room.

Their employees were very nice. The room was very inexpensive and the desk clerk was very nice. I had no problem checking in and checking out. The location was on my route so we just pulled in and out.

The room was good, the breakfast was very good. The only problem is that the internet was not working and no one at the motel could give me any information on what the problem was. I had a lot of work to do on my computer and would not have stayed there if I had known the internet access wasn't working. In fact when I checked in, I asked about it and the desk clerk said I would have access.
