It was as expected, clean, with a friendly staff and close to where we wanted to be for the night.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Regent Inn Mansfield Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The sauna was not working correctly. The rooms were clean.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Regent Inn Mansfield Center.

60 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure

The desk person was most unfriendly and unhelpful. Reservations were for 2 rooms side-by-side and they were on 2 different floors. She made no effort to rectify situation. They have a very poor front desk service.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Regent Inn Mansfield Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.
