They changed the room reservation for me from smoking to non smoking. I appreciated that.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Regency Inn and Suites Lavonia.

The reservations were easy and correct. The breakfast hours could be expanded. The bath tub did not drain well.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Best Western Regency Inn and Suites Lavonia.

We were looking at property in the area and they made us feel welcome to the area before we even moved here.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was quiet, near to all conveniences. It also had a wonderful breakfast included.

I am very likely to return to the Best Western Regency Inn and Suites Lavonia.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
